A Bit About Us
How We Got Started
The ear wax clinic was founded by Emily Harrison. Emily trained at Bournemouth university, graduating in 2012 in adult nursing. After 4 years in emergency care for the NHS, she moved into the private sector. Emily spent many years in complex care and specialist IV nursing in the community.

Having a keen interest in ears and suffering many ear issues herself, Emily became a specialist in microsuction ear wax removal, training with the centre for excellence in ear care provider; 'Rotherham Primary Ear Care Service NHS Foundation Trust' for her national diploma in ear health and microsuction qualification.
​
Emily has also completed an introduction into audiology course with UCL.
​
Emily now proudly offers consultations and wax removal treatments in her own clinic, along with a mobile service also covering nursing homes.

Directions:
If you come into Newton Poppleford from Exeter, go over the small bridge, you will see 'The bears' on your right, we are within Woodleys Joinery. We have parking on site. If catching a bus, we are on the number 9 Exeter/Sidmouth bus route, the bus stops just outside.

Tues: 9.30am-7pm
Fri : 9am - 4pm.
Alternate Sat: 10am - 2pm.
(Please contact for home visits, they are generally on a Thursday. Hours may vary slightly each week. We will respond to all queries as soon as possible. We sometimes get last minute cancellations if you call at the beginning of a clinic we may be able to offer a same day appointment. If you are in pain or have sudden hearing loss please tell the receptionist and we will endeavour to get you seen as soon as possible)

Exciting new location
We are SO excited to announce our brand new clinic space, the Pebble Brook Clinic. We have ample off road parking, are on a main bus route, and have beautiful views. We are also able to offer a new range of services alongside our 5 star ear clinic. With 7 spacious clinic rooms, we have other specialists who have joined us. Additional services include: Massage, podiatry, chiropractic, audiology, Aesthetics, medical grade skin care, counselling, reiki and holistic health, plus more coming soon!
