DON’T ATTEND IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS : Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you or anyone you live with/have had close contact with in the last 14 days has COVID-19 symptoms- (High temperature/ continuous cough/ change in taste or smell) If you have been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed to have coronavirus in the last 14 days, please do not attend clinic. Please let the clinic know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.
BE ON TIME : We ask that you arrive at your allocated time, if you arrive early, please wait in your car until your time slot. This is to ensure only one booking is in the clinic at any time, and to allow us enough time between patients to disinfect surfaces.

WEAR A MASK : Please wear a mask when inside the building, unless exempt. This is to protect our staff and yourselves. Staff will be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and carrying out extensive hand hygiene.
