COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

We have put the following guidelines in place to comply with the government’s regulations and to minimize transmission risk in the clinic. Please refer to the guidance below. If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact the clinic.

  • DON’T ATTEND IF YOU HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS : Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you or anyone you live with/have had close contact with in the last 14 days has COVID-19 - (High temperature/ continuous cough/ change in taste or smell) If you have been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed to have coronavirus in the last 14 days, please do not attend clinic. Please let the clinic know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

  • BE ON TIME : We ask that you arrive at your allocated time. This is to ensure only one booking is in the clinic at any time, and to allow us enough time between patients to disinfect surfaces.

  • COME ALONE IF YOU CAN : Please attend your appointment alone where possible. Those under the age of 18 will still need to attend with a parent/guardian for consent and for patients with specific care needs and/or patients with mobilisation issues that require assistance. However, If you feel more comfortable bringing someone along, then you are very welcome to.

  • MASKS ARE OPTIONAL: You may wear a mask if you want to, the practitioner can also wear one if preferred. Staff will be wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and carrying out extensive hand hygiene.

  • USE ALCOHOL GEL PROVIDED : On arrival at the clinic, we have hand sanitizer directly on your right which you can use.

We are dedicated to provide you a gold standard of ear care, in the safest possible environment. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
